If I'm anxious or depressed enough, usually a movie won't even help as my mind would be rather distracted. It's usually music I listen too. But if it's something I'm going to listen to, it would have to be this almost 3 minute animation on youtube. I really like it, even though the ending was quite ... oh my god or sad-like.
